45 Minute Sessions

Mommy & Me Music Class are virtual classes held weekly on Zoom to help mothers bond with their baby in the immediate and long-term postpartum period. During this class, we go over the basics of learning such as colors, nursery rhymes, ABC's, 123's, and more accompanied by guitar and percussion.
